It’s been a while since I posted so I thought I’d better share something.

This was my job this morning - removing ivy from this wall. It was a tough one! As you can see, it really was very well established on the brickwork. On the other side it just peeled off - lucky for me!

Not a bad view for this new job in Bexhill 😊

A bit of a tidying up job today near Ashburnham today. I had to stop by 10am as it was too hot!

Firstly I cleared away ivy, grass and nettles that had encroached on the driveway, then I cut back the growth around the lid of the septic tank (I forgot to take a ‘before’ pic! 🙄).

My client is so happy with the roses I pruned last autumn. Here are a couple of examples of how they’re looking now 💛🩷

Some before and after shots of some rather overgrown beds. Removed a lot of grass, ivy and old daffodil leaves, and a smattering of bindweed and other ‘undesirables’.

(What counts as an undesirable is, of course, in the eye of the beholder 😉).

I forgot to take ‘before’ pics (again🙄). I basically cut all the yellowing daffodil leaves to ground level and gave the beds a thorough weeding. Looking quite tidy now I think!

We had a lovely day out at Great Dixter House and Gardens recently for Sammy Revill’s birthday. The weather was perfect!
