This decking makes the most of the sun in this garden meaning longer days in the sun can be enjoyed for longer!

The detail around the tree helps make nature even more real eye catching

Local business needed a new shop front door after a recent break in.

Very happy to have been called upon to help them with this!

New door complete with decoration and I can say brewerspaints smashed the colour match 👌🏻

I’m incredibly proud to announce that I’ve been named South England Prestige Awards 2026/27 – New Carpenter of the Year! 🛠️🏆

When I made the decision to go on my own and start JW Carpentry just over a year ago, I honestly never imagined something like this would happen so soon. It’s been a year full of hard work, long days, learning, and plenty of challenges - but it’s been worth every minute.

I want to say a huge thank you to every single client who has trusted me with their homes and projects. Whether it was a small repair, bespoke furniture, or a full renovation, your support, recommendations, and kind reviews have helped JW Carpentry grow far quicker than I ever expected.

I’d also like to thank my family and friends for their support throughout this journey. Things can get stressful - but having good people around you makes all the difference.

To be recognised as new carpenter of the year is something I’m genuinely proud of, and it motivates me even more to keep delivering high standards of work.

Here’s to another exciting year! Thank you all for being part of the journey. 🙏

📅 Only 18 working days remaining in my 2026 diary.

It’s hard to believe that after just one year in business, JW Carpentry has only 18 working days left available for the rest of 2026.

A huge thank you to every customer who has trusted me with their homes, recommended me to friends and family, and supported my business over the last year. It genuinely means a lot.

Whether you’re planning a new kitchen, bespoke carpentry, internal doors, a renovation, or other home improvement projects, now is the perfect time to get in touch if you’d like your work completed before the end of the year.

📅 I’m also now booking projects for 2027, so if you’re planning ahead, I’d be happy to arrange a free quotation and secure your preferred dates.

If you’ve been putting off that project, don’t leave it too late.

📩 Send me a message today to discuss your ideas and reserve your space in the diary.

Spindle replacement on this staircase.

The old spindles were loose, and in some place not even fixed - so replacing these was crucial to the clients safety!
