Had one of those days today had a really knackered stopcock to replace with no way of isolating it, so managed to turn it off enough to stop it coming out of the tap handle, so froze the pipe and started to undo the nut, so got it fully off and no water leaking, so pulled the stopcock off the pipe to find that it hadn't frozen so a fountain of mains pressured water came out, and left me and no time to do anything other than try and get the new stopcock on in an open position so I can get the nut on and then close it and tighten the nut to stop the water spraying out. Needless to say i was soaked after but at least they have a working stopcock now.

Moved this radiator for a customer solid floors and structural walls mean all pipe work had to be external. Happy custom...

A customer needed a water supply to a water heater so I did from the 25mm blue pipe putting an additional shut off for the water heater. Its for an outside shower and a good heater with self regulating pressure up to 10 bar and the water is at 2 bar and doesn't need an expansion vessel (manufacturer confirmed)
