▫️Last week at , our own Co-Founder Sarah Windley took to the stage in Riyadh to deliver her talk on the benefits of bringing natural ecosystem water features to the region 🪷

▫️In line with the design principles of nature-positive urban development, she spoke about the importance of connecting people to water the Mother Nature way and how natural water features provide a genuine alternative to "blue pools". Exhibiting alongside , the conference was a fantastic experience and a great opportunity to share our approach with an international audience. We will be back in UAE 🇦🇪 for exciting upcoming projects later this year 💧🙌

▫️Recently we had the pleasure of spending time with two wonderful sets of clients. One couple have been part of the Brit Ponds family for many years, while the other are just beginning their pond journey with us. Both welcomed us with incredible hospitality and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon beside their beautiful ponds, sharing stories, laughter and appreciating the wildlife and tranquillity these spaces bring 🐟🌿 Days like this remind us what the pond lifestyle is all about. ▫️Designed to be viewed from the client’s terrace while relaxing or entertaining, this water feature has completely transformed the garden into a calm and natural space full of movement and wildlife 🌿 With crystal clear water, waterfalls, a spillway bowl, layered planting and a stunning Acer tree, this project really fills the brief of creating a beautiful water feature to sit and look out over from the house 🤩 We were delighted to receive this message from the client after returning home from their break: “to say we are happy is a huge understatement… it’s lovely Daniel… great work” 🤝

▫️One of the best things about creating a natural pond environment is seeing wildlife make itself at home. A wild Mallard and his mate have recently settled into one of our aquascape ponds for the Spring and Summer, bringing even more life and movement to the garden 🌿💧 With the right balance of planting, water movement and natural filtration, ecosystem ponds can become a thriving habitat for birds, insects and other wildlife all year round 🪷

▫️Daniel recently met with on site near Ashbourne, Derbyshire📍to talk through the vision for this exciting new project set to begin in the coming months. This project will pair a large swim pond with a natural waterfall, carefully designed to sit seamlessly within the landscape. With rock selection up next, every detail is being considered early to ensure the final result feels completely natural and in keeping with the surroundings 🌿
