Recent ensuite completed 💥
I had the pleasure of working on this ensuite recently, and thanks to the keen eye of the customer it turned out beautifully!
I am often asked when inspecting bathrooms for refurbishment "what do you think would look nice" or "what would you recommend" and honestly I tend not to give my full opinion, because what I like and the customer likes, generally can be two very different things!
Thankfully on this job the customer had a clear vision on what she wanted and it worked perfectly(I even took some notes on the tile choice)!
Old shower was leaking into the room below, so key to this (and every shower I do) is making sure that they are fully waterproof and leak proof! This is achieved by replacing damaged walls with cement board, sealing all joints with silicone, then using CT1 BW1 kit, both together make these installs a dream!
As always tray is fitted with Classiwaterproofing Classi seal and adhered to the walls using their classi silicone.
Walls in the room were skimmed with a fresh coat of plaster, and then the tiler got to work.
With the customers guidance they created a wonderful background for the shower enclosure!
Floor was tiled with a wood effect panel tile. And matching splash back for the wash hand basin, to tie in with the shower enclosure.
Brushed brass thermostatic bar shower was fitted along with matching sliding door.
Beautiful vanity with brushed brass taps and waste, back to wall closed coupled toilet with brushed brass fixings, and a brushed brass towel rail to finish it all off!
All in all another job I am honored to have worked on!
Special mention to B W Gas Services for pitching in on this with me!
