Here is a job we finished a while back. We demolished the existing extension then rebuilt a new double and single storey extension to provide a large kitchen/dining/living area, boot room, bedrooms and ensuite. We also converted the loft and created a lovely balcony area. On top of all that we rewired, replumbed, new bathrooms , new rendering and lots more. It is some transformation and a great project to be a part of.

We extended this home with a stunning single-storey rear and side extension to create a spacious, bright functional area for family activities, dining and relaxation 🏡

The corner of the house was removed, to make even more space.

✅ Outside, we levelled the garden, and built sleek retaining walls, for a new flagged patio and grass area. We really enjoyed working on this project!

Thinking about a house extension? Perhaps you have drawings ready for tender or just starting out & need some advice, feel free to get in touch.
