Bathroom completed, took all the walls back to brick and timber, reboarded and skimmed, timber cladding ceiling taken down down boarded and skimmed with 4 new spots. 1200x600mm tiles on the walls and floor. New shower, toilet, basin, towel radiator and tub bath. 💪💪🔨🔨

Forgot to get before photos of this utility room at Newsham. Single skin brick work so we studded out the walls, added 50mm kingspan boarded and skimmed it. Added a new socket in the back end for the dryer. Took all the tiles up off the floor, and built MDF storage with hanging rails and shelves. New skirting then screeded the floor ready for the lino going down 💪💪🔨🔨

One from last week I forgot to put on. Old decking ripped up. Dug out, 100mm type 1 and more grey Indian sandstone laid, all primed then jointed with black . Edged with black ice gravel. Even had wor bobby giving us a hand 💪💪🔨🔨
