The unfortunate owners of this 2020 C4 had the increasingly common problem on PSA vehicle systems (including Peugeut, Citreon, Vauxhalls and some Jeep and Fiat with these keys) of a totally dead car that wont turn on. This is a failure of the steering lock module and you may notice some changes when you first turn it on and it unlocks, before it suddenly failed.
3 months later they had taken it to 3 garages, recovered it 4 times, rented various cars and found out that the original steering lock part is impossible to buy currently. Incredibly. While I very much hope this becomes a PSA recall, a new solution was needed for now. After some prior research, we were able to sort the steering lock issue and get the vehicle running again in less than an hour, right in front of the customers' house. As you can imagine the customers were extremely relieved. Sometimes its really not about the money but helping people out in a world of greedy rip-off corporations and professionals who arent able or willing to find solutions.
