I called early evening as I was missing two sets of keys after the movers had been. I was anxious to have the locks replaced immediately as I was going to be away the next day. Alex answered my call immediately and said he'd come round. He literally turned up thirty minutes later. And did the job instantly and did the job in just over 30 minutes. He didn't charge the earth either! I was very grateful he responded so promptly.
