Got round to finishing this today

Really enjoyed doing this one although my calf’s ache to buggery!

Cladding stained in Sadolin classic Dark Palisander as per information obtained when the property was built and used on the existing cladding. Initial worry is that the colour is different but the right side of the building is very close from a colour perspective so we believe the darker cladding behind has gone that way from years of beaming sunlight.

Managed to get around to using the new timber repair system on this old wooden window sill in a lovely character property.

The sill had originally been painted with layers of old oil based paints and to take it back to its original state, this is the process I took.

I love jobs like this and love working in older character properties.

Sometimes white on white just works.

3 story HSL finished in Dulux Trade Diamond Pure Brilliant White and Diamond Satinwood for the woodwork.

Paint was supplied by the customer as they had loads left after having some builders in for works.

Bit of a graft this one but happy with the results.

These things are a god send!! Link below as I had a few messages asking about these!

I bought these a couple of months ago as a back for when im struggling to sand intricate things like these spindles. They have a hook and loop system so your pads can attach really easy and you can also attach them straight onto your sander if you have one.
