Furness Gravecare

🪦The final painting on a tablet memorial that the ground had swallowed up. Safe to say it was hard to find initially.

A difficult stone to work with as has been taking the brunt of the Geat British weather, but as always we get the desired results.

🌿 Every grave tells a story. 🌿

Behind every memorial is someone who is deeply missed.

At Furness Gravecare, we know that life, distance, work or health can sometimes make it difficult to visit as often as we'd like. That's why we treat every grave with the same care and respect we'd want for our own loved ones.

💬 We'd love to hear from you...

What's your favourite memory of someone you've lost?

It could be a funny story, something they always used to say, or just one word that reminds you of them.

❤️ If you'd rather not comment publicly, simply leave a ❤️ to remember someone special today.

Thank you for supporting a local business.

📍 Covering Barrow, Ulverston, Dalton and the surrounding Furness area.

Another ulverston headstone that took some scrubbing and hard work to get the angels back to how they should be. The marble bases have also come up trumps. We are really happy how it’s come out. Swipe for before and after

Progress picture

Squint and you will see it 👀

The ground wasquite literally swallowing this beautiful granite tablet. It was quite the dig to get it back up to the surface. New foundation laid underneath and finished with top soil and seed.

Once the weather is dry enough I will complete the lettering.
