Today's job was as rewarding and satisfying for multiple reasons. As we treat each car with respect , one of our returning customers trusted us with this lovely piece of engineering.
In collaboration with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea we had to do an RDC to RPA ( tyre pressure monitor system conversion coding) and also a stage 1 tune while the car was booked in with Tzutzu Tzutzu for paint correction and polish.

✅RDC to RPA coded successfully

As you can see the figures below, after the Stage 1 tune the car hits now an estimate combined power of 405bhp from the thermic petrol engine and the hybrid electric units.

The tune was optimised in the safest way to improve the performance of this car .

A bit of work these days
Citroen Dispatch 2019 with the typical urea issues.
DCM 6.2A ecu read write via obd method.
Customer opted for a more reliable solution so we ended up applying:
✅Urea/Eloys solution
✅Adblue solution
✅Dpf solution
✅Egr solution

Volvo v50 2009 automatic with EGR issues, not in pictures but beween the jobs. Another one done via obd method. Car was changing gear randomly,harsh, inconsistent.
✅EGR solution applied
✅DPF solution from unknown source rechecked and fixed as it wasn't done properly
✅Stage 1 checked and all ok was ok.
The volvo regained all his power back and drives as it should, gearbox also changes normal as ecu doesn't send it wrong information.

Vauxhall Vivaro 2014 1.6dci edc17c42 with dpf issues.
Customer opted for:
✅DPF solution
✅EGR solution.

After the other remaining issues are sorted there are no more issues with the van and runs as it should

EGR solution provided by Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea . Top quality as we are used to see every time.

Bmw e90 - a bit of service done to the family car..both thermostats, oil change, filters changed and the abs sensor replaced

and to end the day for a friend, we did a Xhp Stage 3 gearbox tune on his BMW e93 330d stage 2.. Gearbox responds now stupidly quick making the cars performance stand out even more.

Overall productive Saturday

Citroen/DS 5 2.0hdi in with limp mode.
After diagnostics we found faults in the Urea/Eloys system and also in the DPF systems.

DPF and Eolys solutions applied, full rescan of the systems and no more errors left. Car runs now as it should without any more limp mode triggered by faulty systems.
ECU Delphi DCM 3.5 read and write done by the old trusty kess v2 via obd method

Job sorted out in collaboration with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea .

Now time to take on the brain surgery on the second one..same car same ecu...but more headache this time😅

At TzGarage again with Tzutzu Tzutzu . Besides the timing chain replacement and other mechanical fixes they have to do, the customer asked for a Stage 1 tune for his Hyundai Tucson 2.0crdi.
Besides the improved power , one of the benefits of an engine tune is also improved fuel economy as the engine is calibrated to run more efficiently.

As much as we like power from our cars, in this case we had to put it back to a stock tune so we can diagnose it properly after the car had the ecu tuned from an unknown party. The car was smoking badly at idle and even worse under acceleration.

After returning it back to its stock calibration we got no more smoking on idle and just a bit left under acceleration. Proof that a bad calibration can make more problems than just being fun. Left now to investigate the pcv system, do an oil change and check the turbos.

Happy progress was made with our little project car. When she's back in good shape we might push back a bit more power done properly this time.

Busy day at TzGarage Doncaster today with Tzutzu Tzutzu . Besides the usual bodywork jobs and mechanical ones , we've been called in to deal with 2 classy ladies that weren't feeling that well.

First we dealt with an elegant Mercedes E220d 2018 that had adblue issues.
We dealt with an MD1CP001 ecu via bench mode for a quick, safe and reliable communication. Also tested out the new power supply as these ecu's need a higher voltage when reading and writing.

Second was a Mercedes CLA220d 2015 that popped for a few things:
✅DPF solution applied
✅EGR solution applied
✅Swirl flaps fixed
With all these done customer opted also for a Stage 1 tune to make his car nice and fun again. Car feels now very responsive with the new setup

As there were already some modification on this CDR3.3 ecu from an unkown source we opted for restoring the original file and starting all the work on a fresh canvas.

All this work was done in collaboration with Ionu Mihalcea from MHCoding Retrofit Oradea that did a fantastic job on assisting us virtually with his expert knowledge.

Overall productive day with the 2 classy Mercs back on the street.

2 very quick in and out jobs
Passat customer opted for our Stage 1 tune with a dpf and egr solution ✅
from stock 140🐴 to an estimated 180🐴🐴
and from stock 320NM to an estimated 400NM.
Second patient was a BMW that benefited from our EGR solution✅

Then back home abusing the personal car, testing some of the other tools from the stash and back to study mode to learn more stuff to be able to improve as much as possible the services we offer📒🖊️✏️📊📈
