Our team in the North West recently partnered with a new client to drill underneath site access road, using our PERFORATOR GmbH equipment, we installed 30m of DN300 pipe to perfect line and grade.

We are seeing a major shift toward technology on residential and infrastructure developments. It’s the ultimate win-win: it keeps site disruption to a minimum and ensures the wider project keeps flowing without costly delays.

Great work by our team on another successful delivery!

We’ve just wrapped up a small project in Derbyshire, successfully completing an installation via Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).

A huge shoutout to our Senior Projects Manager, Scott Shorthose for the up front planning with the client and making the project work seamlessly

For this project, we used our D40x55DR S3 Navigator®️, a true powerhouse in the directional drilling world, with 40,000 lbs (177.9 kN) of thrust/pullback and 5,500 ft-lb (7457 Nm) of rotational torque, it handles long-distance shots and larger diameter installs with ease.

Great results aren't just about the machinery; they’re about the partnership. Working in close collaboration with our client, we ensured the project was completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.

Our team installed 60m of DN450 with precision.

Our crew just wrapped up a productive stint in Scotland, putting our D40x55 rig to the test.

Ground conditions were far from easy, however we successfully installed a significant amount of ducting directly underneath the , ensuring minimal disruption to traffic while hitting every mark in challenging terrain

We're proud to share another successfully completed project by !

Our crew recently wrapped up a guided auger boring installation in Northumberland, and the results speak for themselves.

This project involved the installation of 75 metres of Keramo Vitrified Clay Pipe, completed in a single, continuous - a testament to the , and skilled that set Trenchless Solutions apart.

Working beneath an established woodland area, our trenchless approach eliminated the need for any vegetation clearance - a critical consideration with the project falling during bird nesting season. With all works carried out entirely underground, the surrounding wildlife and natural habitat remained completely undisturbed throughout, avoiding the kind of ecological disruption that traditional open-cut methods would have inevitably caused.

Our guided auger boring allowed us to complete this with minimal surface disruption and maximum and paired with the outstanding quality of Steinzeug Keramo , this is a scheme built to stand the test of time.
