What a transformation! We’ve taken this tired, outdated conservatory and transformed it into a modern, bright and practical living space, fully upgraded to meet current building regulations.

From the design (Belmont Designs Practice Ltd) and construction through to the finishing touches, it’s been fantastic to see this space completely transformed. Most importantly, another very happy client! 🙌

🏗️ PROJECT UPDATE | SCAYNES HILL 🏡✨

Things are well underway on our latest project in Scaynes Hill with us only starting on Tuesday.

We’ve made a great start on this exciting transformation, with works including a kitchen-side extension, new front porch and internal alterations, including a brand-new ensuite.

The groundwork’s is now well underway, with excavation progressing around the existing property ready for the next stage of construction. 🚜👷‍♂️

🏡 Project Update – Cuckfield Rear Extension

Another great few weeks of progress on our Cuckfield rear extension! 👷‍♂️

This week we’ve reached another major milestone, with the UFH being installed and the liquid screed being poured to finish the sub floor build up. The next step is to let the electricians carry out their first fix works this week, this will enable us to start fitting the plasterboard next week.

It’s always exciting to see a project come together, and the transformation is really starting to take shape with another happy client. We look forward to sharing more updates as work continues
