⚡ DMI Electrical & Home Improvements is becoming GLENROE Integrated Services Ltd ⚡

I’m excited to let all of my customers and followers know that DMI Electrical & Home Improvements has taken the next step and rebranded as GLENROE Integrated Services Ltd.

This is a new chapter for the business and allows us to expand the range of services we can offer across Northern Ireland, including:

⚡ Project Complete – 18 Properties Successfully Upgraded! ⚡

Another major project completed by DMI Electrical & Home Improvements.

Over the course of this scheme we carried out electrical upgrades across 18 properties, including:

✅ Full kitchen rewires
✅ Full bathroom rewires
✅ Consumer unit upgrades
✅ New interconnected smoke alarms installed throughout, including bedrooms, in line with current regulations
✅ New heat alarms where required
✅ Full testing, inspection and certification on every property

This project has brought each property up to modern electrical safety standards, providing improved protection and peace of mind for the tenants.

Another installation completed with a brand new FuseBox consumer unit, bringing this property’s electrical installation up to modern standards.

⚡ Another successful upgrade completed as part of the BKR Scheme for the Housing Executive ⚡

Over the course of 8 homes, we are carrying out a full range of electrical improvement works including:

✅ New wired smoke alarms & heat alarms installed
✅ Additional smoke alarms fitted in bedrooms for improved safety in line with new regulations
✅ New cables pulled in for upgraded showers
✅ New bathroom lights fitted
✅ New 10A pull cords installed
✅ New shower pull cords fitted
✅ Bathroom fan upgrades with delay on timers
✅ Consumer unit upgrades completed
✅ Full testing, inspection & certification carried out on all installations

Safety, compliance and quality workmanship are always our priority. Great to see another set of properties brought fully up to standard with modern protection and improved functionality throughout. 👌⚡

Another repair and upgrade completed 🔧⚡️

Customer was having issues with the immersion heater not working for their hot water supply. After fault finding, I replaced the faulty immersion heater element and got everything working properly again ✅

While there, I also upgraded the old water heater switch and fitted a new boost timer switch, giving the customer a more convenient and energy-efficient way to control their hot water 🔥💧

A tidy little upgrade that improves both reliability and usability 👌

Another tidy job completed ⚡️

This one involved running a new supply out to the outhouse, where I fitted a new 4-way consumer unit, 2 double sockets, a vapour-proof LED baton light and a new light switch.

Inside the house I also fitted:
• 1 double socket
• 1 single socket
• Cooker switch
• 2 new ceiling roses

I also traced and corrected some mixed-up wiring between two 2-way light switches to get everything working properly and safely again 👌

Clean, safe and ready to use ✅
