Door was locked shut and unable to open (video 1).

We opened the door then worked our magic on both doors to realign them and make them work like new 😀(video 2)

Broken window hinge .. when we arrived the window was struggling to close and “wonky” when open (see first pic), the bottom hinge had broken (see 2nd pic) so wasn’t able to hold the weight of the window.

New hinges popped on and now the window sits straight and open and closes with ease 😃

Another window the wouldn’t open. We managed to open it from locked position and replaced with a straight, fully functioning locking mechanism and the window now opens and closed with ease 😎

French doors that were out of alignment - the right door couldn’t lock meaning the customer was having to leave it unlocked and not secure when leaving the house.

We aligned and serviced both doors and when we left it was locking and it was left secure 🙌🏻😃

With the Beautiful weather outside ☀️ we are seeing so many windows that are locked shut that just need to be opened as it’s sooo HOT 🥵

This bedroom window has been locked shut for quite a while and took a little effort to get into but we managed to open it and replace the faulty locking mechanism so the customer can now enjoy the cool breeze 😎

Bifold door not playing ball and would not lock today … owner had to leave the door unlocked and head off to work 😬

Went round, alignment and door service done and when we left the the door was super secure and locked up tight 🌞

A bathroom window that wouldn’t close .. locking mechanism had broken and the window wouldn’t close.

On closer inspection it has rusted and snapped on the gearbox.

New locking mechanism installed and the keeps adjusted, free window service and the window open, closes and locks beautifully 🫶🏻

Another window that wouldn’t lock, was getting stuck and was just being tricky!

The locking mechanism was broken, we removed it, replaced it and put some new keeps on the window, serviced the window and now it works like a dream 🤩
