Utility Room Transformation 🔨

Another project completed for returning customers. Always appreciated when clients come back to us for more work! 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

We had already completed the floor tiles as part of a full downstairs renovation, so this phase focused on creating a practical and stylish utility room.

We supplied and fitted:
🔹 Base and wall units
🔹 Worktops
🔹 Doors and handles
🔹 End panels and kickboards

The room is left ready for the tumble dryer to be installed, with plenty of additional storage to keep everything organised.

A clean, modern finish that makes the most of the available space.

Before & After

The client had an idea of what they wanted and we helped bring their vision together.

Custom built units, doors and floating shelves, designed to accommodate integrated LED lighting and make the most of the space.
We added extra sockets hidden in the back with ease of access through the rear of the units.

The aim was to create a clean, timeless design that won’t date and will look just as good for years to come.

Very pleased with how this one turned out. It has completely transformed the room and made the space feel much bigger and more practical.

Kitchen Transformation Complete! 🔨🏡

This kitchen has had a complete makeover, transforming it from an outdated space into a fresh, modern kitchen ready for the finishing touches.

✔️ Existing kitchen fully stripped out
✔️ New kitchen units and cabinets installed
✔️ New worktops and sink fitted
✔️ New cooker hood installed
✔️ Feature tiled splashbacks completed throughout

The electrician has now completed the full house rewire, so the final electrical finishing work can be carried out in the kitchen.

The project is now ready for the decorator to paint the remaining walls before the new flooring is laid, bringing everything together.

Another custom media wall completed for returning customers. 🤩

Built completely bespoke to suit exactly what the client wanted, with shelving spaces designed specifically around the items they planned to store and display.

This one features hidden LED lighting in the top display section along with a backlit TV kit that looks amazing once lit up 🔥

We also installed soft-close drawer units to keep everything tucked away neatly and added 12 hidden sockets behind the wall so TVs, sound systems, games consoles and all the extra gadgets can be plugged in properly without messy extension leads.

Delighted with how this one turned out and it’s going to look even better once painted. 🙌🏽

Great job completed for a returning client 👌

All existing doors were removed and replaced with a mix of solid, half-glazed and full-glazed doors, all fitted with heavy-duty hinges, new handles and a thumb-turn lock for the bathroom.

We also formed two new doorways, one between the hall and kitchen and another between the kitchen and porch helping open up the layout and improve the flow through the home.

Big thanks to Michael for the help on this one. All ready now for some paint and the finished result will look spot on. 🛠️✨

Quick cloakroom revamp🔥

Recent Bathroom Renovation Completed 🚿

Another team effort for this full rip-out and complete redesign to make better use of the space.

We pushed the wall back to maximise the bath area, relocated the bath to the opposite side, and installed a new walk-in shower as this was in where the new cupboard space now is. The toilet, radiator and sink were also repositioned to suit the new layout.

The existing floor joists were all at different heights, so these were adjusted to create a perfectly level base before installing new flooring.

Walls and floors fully tiled, complemented with waterproof wood panelling and a custom shelving cupboard.

All colours and finishes were chosen by the customer, built to suit their vision.

New wiring installed for LED mirror and updated electrics, with most plumbing replaced to suit the new layout.

Two very happy customers and mutch more usable space. 🤩

Another fantastic transformation completed 😎🔨

This staircase area has been completely transformed from an open unused space into a much more cosy and practical room layout.

We installed a brand new partition wall and fitted a new door carefully chosen to match the existing style of the home, helping everything blend seamlessly together. We also built bespoke under-stair storage to maximise space, along with integrated stair lighting for that modern finishing touch.

Now all prepped and ready for decorating 🎨

Toilet transformation ✨

Our customer wanted to give their toilet space a fresh new look, and what a difference it made.

We completed the walls in wet wall for easy cleaning and low maintenance, fitted a new ceiling and light, and installed new LVT flooring to finish the space off beautifully.

The toilet was upgraded with a hidden cistern, along with a new vanity unit and sink for a cleaner, more modern finish.

All work was completed by MD Joinery, with all plumbing work carried out by JF Projects .

We also supplied and fitted two new internal doors during the renovation, both finished to the same high standard by Michael.

A neat, tidy transformation and most importantly, another very happy customer. 🤩

Shower Enclosure Replacement 🚿

On this job the client’s shower screen has been smashed. Once we removed the existing tray, we uncovered significant damp and rot caused by a previously poor installation.

The existing flooring was no longer suitable to support a new shower, so all affected materials were removed. The area was treated for mould and damp, and the structure was reinforced with additional support to ensure a solid, long-lasting base.

Working within a tight budget, we carried out all essential remedial work to bring the space back to a safe, fully functional condition. The new shower enclosure has been installed and properly sealed, leaving the area clean, watertight, and ready for use.

Another job completed with the focus on doing it properly, not just covering over the problem.
