A possible leak and water damage was identified in this property, and part of the ceiling had fell through. Upon tear out we found a small leak that had been sustained over a period of five years, and unidentified due to the false ceiling below. What was meant to be a simple like for like replacement turned into a job that needed minor structural repairs. The customer now has a new and improved, larger shower and peace of mind!
