I recently carried out some work for a regular customer.

I was asked to repair a basin waste that had sheared off underneath & to re-mastic the bath area.

Both jobs carried out with consideration & professionalism. Customer very happy with the outcome…

Called out to a customer regarding a leak under the bath, noticed by the concierge of an apartment block.

After carrying out test to see what the issue could be. I found that the fixing brackets for the wall mounted bath tap were not sealed around the pipework at installation.

So every time the shower was being used water would leak below.

Sealed with silicone & tightened back to the wall. Tested all ok & no traces of water..

Full replacement of all mechanical parts & a good clean of the areas no one will ever see.

A recent job carried out for another new customer.

The task was to install a new radiator within the conservatory area. So, new pipework run from an existing radiator to the point where the new radiator was going to be installed.

Alteration to the outside tap pipework as it was in the way. New radiator installed & pipework to outside tap amended.

All tested & checked. ✅ 💦 🚽🚰

A customer called me out after a decent bit of DIY changing their garden tap.

Unfortunately the isolation valve snapped off in the closed position & couldn’t be opened.

I arrived isolated the water & swapped out for an easy to use lever valve. No more screwdrivers or butter knives to isolate..
