A lot of you have commented on and noticed the use of plastic wrap on our employees in some of these videos - Back support.

With health and safety regs the way they are, we can’t take any chances. Plastic wrap ensures proper posture and back support throughout the day. ✅

Similarly the adhesive around the wrists just helps avoid ligament damage and promotes proper form.

The two individuals behind Lewis? Tool holders. 🪚 Just in case he’s stuck into a job and can’t find what he needs. Chainsaw’s right there, conveniently located behind his head. Same for the drill there.

“The Killik Barn is an award-winning, hand-crafted oak trade stand featured at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show...” 💬 “I also particularly loved the Killik Barn, which felt like it had always been there...”

These last few weeks have been a whirlwind. From piecing together this award-winning monster, to an incredible team effort dismantling it all in near 30 degree heat. We couldn’t be more proud of our contribution to the Royal Chelsea Flower Show and Killik & Co and seeing everything come together.

Paired with the “A Seed in Time” show garden, it was great to see a gold medal brought home. Great experience. Great showing what HB Oak Frames brings to the game.

To be fair to them, they were working together. Plus, they always say ‘teamwork makes the dream work’... the dream was just lunch. 🤷‍♂️

We’re firm believers that lunch is work anyway. It’s carrying out maintenance on company equipment. You just happen to be the equipment. So next time someone thinks lunch should be unpaid, report them for employee abuse and carry on about your day with a smile.

So...... Our mate gives us a call to make something we've never done before. "I know right".

Well being part of the HB brand there's nothing we can't do.

Finding oak too make two signs for" The Killick Barn" was the first mission.

Second mission find someone with a CNC. In comes . Rob was fantastic sadness attitude as is, no problem. Well so we thought........

We spent nearly 12 hours on the CNC, it jumped and wrecked a sign, it blew some brushes, we made the wrong sign, it was like it was a sign.

But, we don't give in that easy and we did what we set out to do. 3 signs dropped off at Chelsea flower show ready for the week.

Every workplace has them. Talks about himself 24/7, spurts complete nonsense. Think Jay from the Inbetweeners crossed with Piers Morgan.

Fortunately Lewis isn’t that. But those of you that do have one, know just how strong a bond forged through mutual-hatred can be.

PS: if you’re thinking your workplace is lucky enough not to have one, it’s probably you.

So next time you’re thinking an onsite-selfie is needed, or getting stuck into the 31st minute of telling the lads about that insane night out you had last week, do us all a favour and don’t. You might even end up getting some work done.

That’s where we come in (no we’re not creating hats for bald heads). 🧢

Do NOT interrupt our shoot days. We take marketing very seriously. 😡

Although we’re pretty confident most of our competitors would pull a muscle just thinking about getting their leg that high, so we’ll sleep easy for now.

On a side note, we apologise for Rob needing to step out halfway through the ad read this week. He spotted an unfinished tenon in the background that needed some emergency attention. The tenon was completely fine in the end.
