Call out this morning to an overheating boiler when the hot waters used!

After some diagnostics and ruling out some other possibilities it was narrowed down to a partially blocked heat exchanger.

A nice little soak in some de-scaler and cleaner with a thorough flush out and we’re back up and running!!

Just watch it bubbling away the grime !!

Well didn’t this turn out lovely!!

The customer initially made contact to explain they had started a project but needed help finishing their shower change.

Not a problem. Here’s how we helped -

- Removal of all the old remaining tiles, electric shower and shower tray.
- Wall framework alterations to accommodate a niche
- Re-boarding of all the walls
- Adjustments to the waste to get the new shower tray flush to the floor
- Pipework adjustments to run a hot feed to the new thermostatic mixer shower
- PVC shower panels with chrome trims on all walls
- Thermostatic shower fitted with rainfall head
- New shower screen with sliding door
- Sealed up and full clean down

Nice little kitchen sink job to end the week.

Old sink out, worktop adjusted and new sink fitted with full quooker tap setup proving hot, cold, boiling, filtered and sparkling water from one tap!

Talk about pressure!!!

A very important moment in the installation process of a full re-plumb. Testing all the pipework to make sure there’s no leaks and it doesn’t drop any pressure over a prolonged period of time.

Thankfully this system held perfect pressure and didn’t drop anything.

Now the floors can go down and decorating can start before the radiators get installed and bathrooms get fitted!
