Solid oak worktop being treated prior to sink etc going in. Love the way the oak comes out once its had a coat of Osmo oil.

Getting round to putting some finished pictures of the tiled ensuites at air BnB I started a while ago. 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom and a disabled access wetroom. Walls tiled, electric underfloor heating installed and then tiled over, All complete!

Started a big job this week , 5 ensuite bedrooms luxury air BnB, large living space with open plan kitchen and separate cloakroom. First coated and finished ceilings yesterday with the paint sprayer, first time I've had it out in a while and you forget how ridiculously quick you can put paint on with them!

Cracking on with the tiling of first ensuite today, pics of that to follow...

It's very rare I get a job where all the tools come our of the van but this is one of them.
Started with tiling behind the log burner which was a bit of nightmare as it was an after thought what would go behind it, ideally you want it tiled before it goes in. 800x800 tile, gold trims and beige grout used on this fireplace.

Moved on to the decorating, couple coats of white emulsion on the ceiling then papering of all the walls, plain paper on 3 and a tartan paper as the feature.
Customer will be happy when they come back from holiday to a completed job.

The fear of heights just seems to get worse as you get older! Perfectly safe scaffolding bolted to the wall, but I'm moving so gently and slowly and just generally pooping myself up here 😂

Decorating job recently completed for B&R Builders.
An old farm cottage with a newly plastered hsl, sealed and finished in Dulux trade vinyl matt. All woodwork including old stained skirts and facings and new replacement pieces done with 2 coats of Bin primer and 2 coats of Everal Aqua 10, which is quite a flat eggshell.
Into the bedroom which had a fair bit of mould in it, underlying issue had been sorted which was a bunch of bird nests in a disused chimney breast. Painted the whole lot in oil based undercoat to seal those water marks and then also finished in Dulux trade vinyl matt.
