Bit of an update on progress so far on a house we started a couple weeks ago.
We’ve been back and forward to this house on our spare days to squeeze it in.

Reason being. The builder was a bit of a d**k and this family hadn’t had a home for over 2 years.
We’re getting there now at a stage they’ve been able to move in and we’ll be continuing to work on with them in the coming months to get things finished

Door frames fitted and the ones that were in have been fixed.

Skirting. Architrave. And hockey stick fitted throughout the house.
Doors fitted with full jam.
Stairs fitted and full balustrades done
Patio and utility doors fully cased in and trimmed
Toilet boxes framed and boarded to allow toilets to be fitted prior to tiling in the near future.
Few other bits and pieces rectified and changed along the way

Lots more to do but definitely not as much of a building site as it was not so long ago 🤙🏻

All built to customers requirements.

Things such as glass panels for cabinet doors and panelling are extras.

Some more moulded wall panelling done this morning 👌🏻

Some more t&g panelling done. Finished with shelf. Scotia trim and COB up lighting 😍🙌🏻
