We are delighted to announce that Mivan has been appointed to deliver the refurbishment of 42–46 Fountain Street, Belfast.

The project comprises office refurbishment and fit-out across four floors, together with a new ground-floor reception, external stone cladding and painting works throughout.

The refurbishment will create a modern workspace, drawing on Mivan's expertise in delivering high-quality interiors.

This project further strengthens Mivan's portfolio of commercial fit-out projects, bringing our expertise in quality craftsmanship and project delivery to the heart of Belfast.

Recently, our team took on the Slieve Donard hike in support of our Q3 charity partner, Air Ambulance Northern Ireland.

It was a great day on the mountain, with our team coming together to take on the challenge of climbing Northern Ireland's highest peak.

A big thank you to the Air Ambulance NI team for organising the charity hike and to everyone who participated and supported the challenge.

This week, ahead of World Mental Health Day, we shared advice from the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) with our team. The MHF encourages open conversations around mental health and offers tips on how to feel more confident supporting ourselves and others.

We are also proud to have fully trained Mental Health First Aiders in our teams who are available to listen and provide support; alongside a range of health and wellbeing benefits available through our company-wide Westfield Health Membership.

We were pleased to see some members of our team take part in Hussle’s Wellbeing Workout on Tour in London.

Held at Warwick Court in St Paul's, the event combined movement, networking and the opportunity to connect with professionals from across different industries.

It was a great opportunity to get active, spend time together and support wellbeing outside the working day.

Mivan’s London team recently came together for a social event in central London, enjoying an evening of mini golf and arcade games.

With plenty of friendly competition and time to catch up outside the office, it was a great opportunity for the team to spend time together.

Mivan is delighted to share our recently completed fit-out of one of the largest three-bedroom residences aboard The World, Residences at Sea.

Working in close partnership with lead interior designer Petra T, our team delivered a full turnkey refurbishment extending from the entrance through to the balcony.

At the heart of the interior is an extensive package of bespoke cabinetry and joinery, handcrafted by Mivan’s skilled joiners in Northern Ireland.

Through technical expertise and specialist craftsmanship, Mivan helped translate the design intent into an exceptional private residence, finished to the exacting standards synonymous with The World.

A memorable moment for Mivan Apprentice Joiner, Jamie Matthews, as he reaches Day 4 of WorldSkills Shanghai 2026.

After four days of hard work, focus and dedication, Jamie is now nearing the final stages of the competition as he puts the finishing touches to his stair project.

Competing alongside some of the best young skilled professionals from around the world, Jamie has demonstrated the skill, precision and craftsmanship that have brought him to this stage.

With just one day to go, Jamie is approaching the final stretch of the competition, with the finish line now in sight.

Reaching WorldSkills Shanghai 2026 is a significant achievement, and we’re incredibly proud to be part of Jamie’s journey.

A proud moment for Mivan apprentice joiner Jamie Matthews as he joined Team UK at the opening ceremony of WorldSkills Shanghai 2026.

Competitors from across the globe came together for the Parade of Nations ahead of the competition.

Jamie and his Team UK teammates also had the opportunity to meet Baroness Smith of Malvern, the UK’s Minister of State for Skills.

Reaching this stage is an outstanding achievement and a testament to Jamie’s dedication and skill.
