Full decking replacement today. Sadly the original decking was built sitting onto the the plastic sheeting which was holding water. This had caused the decking joists to rot over time. We stripped everything out and cut slits in the plastic to allow water to drain and then raised the joists slightly so nothing is in contact with the ground anymore. Another happy customer.

Something a bit different on this job. Replacing carpet with click vinyl flooring and new skirtings. Then a wall mounted bed to give this room a new everyday use but still available to use as a spare room when needed.
