Pump Station Back in Action!

Another sewage pump station successfully repaired and back up and running!

Our engineers were recently called out following a sewage pump failure. During the repair, they also discovered that the existing guide rails had become badly corroded and needed replacing.
Here’s what we did:

- Removed the failed sewage pump
- Removed the corroded guide rails
- Installed a new sewage pump
- Fitted replacement guide rails
- Tested the system and restored operation

Another sewage treatment plant installation completed! 💪

This project involved removing the existing system and installing a new sewage treatment plant, along with new drainage pipework and inspection chambers.

From protecting the garden before excavation began, through to installation, backfilling and final ground reinstatement.

This wasn't a routine service... We were called to a sewage treatment plant that wasn't performing correctly.
On inspection, the diffuser was found to be heavily blocked, restricting airflow through the system.
Our engineer:
✔ Cleaned the blocked diffuser
✔ Carried out a full service
✔ Washed down the treatment plant
✔ Restored the system to proper working order
