This 3rd floor flat was running on an old gravity heating and hot water system with a non-compliant 15mm gas supply.

The job involved removing the old tanks, cylinder and boiler to free up cupboard space, upgrading pipework, and installing a new combi boiler in the attic.
Due to demand and access, a new 28mm gas supply was rerouted up to the 3rd floor, finished off with a full system flush.

A challenging install, but the right solution for the property.

Old under-window radiators removed, floors lifted and reinstated, and a new cast iron radiator installed on the opposite side of the room.
All piped in copper for a traditional look that suits the property perfectly.

Recent completed wet room conversion

A compact bathroom transformed into a clean, modern, fully tiled wet room.

The space was carefully designed and reconfigured to maximise usability, with structural flooring upgrades and a PVC ceiling with bathroom rated spotlights.

Finished with anti-slip tiles throughout, delivering a practical, safe, and high-quality result.

Completed in collaboration with GB Tiling ServicesGeorge Boyle. For enquiries or quotations, feel free to get in touch.

A customer had a leak coming from there boiler. Turned out that she had mice and one had chewed threw the pressure gauge capillary tube. There’s a first for everything 😂

Combi boiler swap and a MagnaCleanse system flush completed on a heavily sludged system that was struggling to heat up properly, with some radiators barely heating at all. Thermal imaging shows the dramatic difference before and after the flush —restoring full heat to the radiators.
Big thanks to Water works plumbing and heating for lending a hand on the flush
