A busy Friday! We do actually work, promise! 😂

Chuckle 2 has been out on the cricket pitches at Inchmarlo with Big Al, doing some drag matting to spread sand and seed and get everything looking shipshape for the season ahead.

Meanwhile, Chuckle 1 was away lining pitches with Line-El.

Two machines, plenty of jobs being done… and unfortunately, photographic skills that leave a little to be desired! 📸

We want to say a massive thanks to Wilkie Groundcare Ltd for his continued support and hard work the last few seasons.

From keeping the pitch in tip top condition to pitch-lining, often our pitch is the only playable one in Aberdeen. That’s down to the hard work and care taken to look after it 🙌🏻

Out on a pitch today with the new Shockwave machine… while our photographer made sure to get his shadow in the shot 👍

Poor camera skills aside, the machine’s doing a cracking job:
🌱 Sorting out compacted ground
🌱 Improving aeration
🌱 Giving the grass a proper lift

A cracking couple of sunny days at Inverurie Loco Works FC - Official Facebook Site☀️

On Tuesday, we were out grass seeding to keep the pitch in top condition ahead of the busy season. And today we’re back again, this time our new Shockwave machine.

P.S. Think Alan might’ve got a bit carried away with the Wilkie Groundcare logo magnets… I ordered 10 thinking we’d have a few spares, but it looks like he’s managed to stick them on just about everything! 😂
