Miss Betelehem Residence | Construction Progress

A thoughtfully introverted home designed with the main living spaces at the basement level, creating a subtle connection to the surrounding compound. Fair-faced concrete defines the project’s durable and timeless character, while layered spatial scales from expansive communal volumes to intimate private zones enhance everyday living. A tropical green concept softens the architecture, strengthening the indoor–outdoor relationship through light, ventilation, and landscape integration.

MWS TRADING MIXED APARTMENT

MWS Trading envisions a shopping destination at the heart of Bole that transforms the retail experience into “a literal step into another world.” Inspired by the idea of moving from chaos to serenity, the design creates an immersive environment where thematic spaces, natural elements, and interactive experiences come together. More than a mall, it becomes a place for exploration, connection, and community.

GRAR APARTMENT | Interior design

Material harmony meets everyday living.
From the warmth of grey and light oak wood-finish porcelain floors to the softness of cotton grey walls, every surface is carefully curated to create a calm and cohesive atmosphere. Clean white gypsum ceilings enhance light and space, while layered wood tones from light to dark oak bring depth across living, dining, and bedroom areas.

The Arada Luxury Shopping Mall is progressing into its façade stage, with aluminum framing and glass installation bringing the vision closer to reality. Precision, materiality, and craftsmanship come together to shape the experience from the outside in.

A unique residence designed with the main living area on the basement level, creating a strong connection to the surrounding landscape while maintaining privacy through an introverted layout. Fair-faced concrete defines the structure, complemented by varying spatial scales, lush tropical greenery, and carefully placed openings that enhance natural light, ventilation, and a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

Arada Shopping Mall continues to make strong progress on site, with key phases moving forward under close supervision and collaboration.

Façade installation is shaping the building’s identity, while skylight works are enhancing the quality of natural light within the space. Floor finishes and ceiling installations are also underway, bringing the project closer to its final form.

This milestone reflects a coordinated effort between multiple firms, where design and site supervision come together to ensure quality, precision, and alignment with the overall vision. At Habar Architects, we value this collaborative process as an essential part of delivering thoughtful and well-executed projects.
