Following an extensive discussion on the 2018 Fiscal Year Performance Report presented by the Directorates and Team Leaders, Mr. Takkalenyi Margas, Director of Planning, Business Development, and IT, delivered his closing remarks. He emphasized the importance of sustaining the organization's strengths, addressing the gaps identified during the review, and ensuring that every employee fulfills their responsibility to successfully achieve the objectives of the 2019 Fiscal Year Plan.
At the conclusion of the session, Eng. Addisu Birhanu, Chief Executive Officer of OBM Construction, delivered his overall remarks, stating:
"An organization's success is never the result of one person's effort; it is built through teamwork, accountability, integrity, and quality performance. When each of us carries out our responsibilities effectively, we will achieve our shared goals."
He further called on all leaders and employees to strengthen unity, commitment, and productivity, while carrying out every task with quality and on schedule to ensure the successful implementation of the 2019 Fiscal Year Plan.
