OVID Holdings Begins Organizational Renewal Kick-off Workshop in Bishoftu

A comprehensive institutional transformation kick-off workshop of the OVID Holdings opened yesterday, August 3, 2026, at Kuriftu Resort & Spa in Bishoftu town.

Opening the workshop with his remarks, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OVID Holdings Mr. Yonas Tadesse underlined that it is time to transform OVID.

“If we do not renew our structure now, we will stall. The window for change is right now. This transformation is not just for decoration; it is a business necessity,” he pointed out.

The workshop is led by Antra Business Group in Ethiopia compromising it's Managing Director Dr. Anteneh Tegegn as well as other prominent business strategy leaders - Prof. Pikay Richardson, Prof. Mathew Tsamenyi and Dr. Anderson Uvie Emegbo.

The workshop, which plays a pivotal role in charting the company's overall future transformation trajectory will continue through today.

በኦቪድ ሆልዲንግስ ስር የሚገኘው ኦቪድ ማኑፋክቸሪንግ፣ የኩባንያውን የግብዓት አቅርቦት ሰንሰለት ስትራቴጂ መሰረት በማድረግ በ2013 ዓ.ም የተመሰረተ ኩባንያ ነው።

ከራሱ ምርቶች ባለፈ ከአጋር ድርጅቶች ጋር ስትራቴጂያዊ ትስስር በመፍጠር፣ የኮንስትራክሽን ፕሮጀክቶችን ከፍተኛ የግብዓት ፍላጎት ያለማቋረጥ የማሟላት ዓላማ አንግቦ የተቋቋመው ድርጅቱ፣ ከፍተኛ ጥራት ያላቸው ልዩ ልዩ የኮንክሪት ውህዶችን እና ተያያዥ የኮንስትራክሽን ግብዓቶችን በስፋት በማምረት፣ በማቅረብና በማስተዋወቅ የግንባታውን ዘርፍ በማዘመን ላይ ይገኛል።

ኦቪድ ኮንስትራክሽን እስከ ያዝነው ሐምሌ ወር መጨረሻ ሦስት የግንባታ ፕሮጀክቶችን አጠናቅቆ እንደሚያስረክብ የኩባንያው ምክትል ዋና ስራስፈፃሚ ኢንጂነር መሪ ክብረት አስታወቁ፡፡

ኢንጂነር መሪ ኦቪድ ኮንስትራክሽን ከሚያከናውናቸው የግንባታ ፕሮጀክቶች መካከል የኢሚግሬሽንና ዜግነት አገልግሎት ጋርመንት እና የኮልፌ ቢሮዎች እንዲሁም የEDA ፕሮጀክቶችን በዚህ ወር እንደሚያጠናቅቅ የገለጹት፣ ዛሬ ሀምሌ 9 ቀን 2018 ዓ. ም. በተከናወነው የፕሮጀክቶች ጉብኝት መርሃ-ግብር ላይ ነው።
