VIRAJE arquitectura QUIÉNES SOMOS Somos un estudio y constructora que aboga por una arquitectura humana, responsable, digna y cercana.

Pretendemos aportar a la sociedad nuevas soluciones en el campo de la arquitectura y la edificación, ya sea mediante el diseño y/o mediante sistemas constructivos industrializados, donde se aboga por la continua investigación en materiales, servicios y procesos. Esta premisa nos ha llevado a desarrollar 4 marcas propias:

- By Viraje: proyectos arquitectónicos singulares con vocación de permanencia.
- Ubiko: Viviendas industrializadas high-end, cuya estructura y envolvente se realiza a través de un sistema de hormigón en 2D.
- U-raw: nuevo sistema constructivo diseñado por Viraje, compuesto por elementos prefabricados estandarizados que permiten conseguir una arquitectura más sostenible, asequible y de rápida ejecución.
- Whome: promotora de viviendas mediterráneas.

El Oasis de Ruzafa - Montaje en altura de la fachada principal mediante Ubiko, nuestro sistema industrializado de hormigón.

Se mantiene el ornamento, pero de forma inversa; en negativo. Se simplifica su ejecución y se acentúa la planeidad de la fachada, ofreciendo un enfoque contemporáneo; sin olvidar el color. La pigmentación terracota del hormigón evoca los colores primigenios de Ruzafa, la vuelta al barro cocido y a la tradición.

Named after the sandstone that characterises the region, Villa Rodeno draws directly from its surroundings. Its wine-coloured pigmented concrete façade echoes both the vineyards of Requena and the rich tones of the local rodeno stone, creating a contemporary architecture deeply connected to place.

El Oasis de Ruzafa - Montaje en altura de la fachada principal mediante Ubiko, nuestro sistema industrializado de hormigón.

Ruzafa es uno de los barrios más singulares de Valencia, con fachadas de marcada riqueza cromática, restauración y ambiente cosmopolita, pero, a su vez, con una fuerte presencia del pequeño comercio local. Esa dualidad palpable entre lo tradicional y lo moderno se plasma en el edificio de la calle Gibraltar. Los elementos más característicos de los edificios de Ruzafa —ornamentación, color, verticalidad, balcones de forja y contraventanas— se reinterpretan, buscando la estética tradicional del barrio desde una perspectiva actual.

The vertical circulation core spans the full width of the inner longitudinal façade
and is articulated on a more domestic scale. In contrast, the stepped principal façade and the more abstract gable ends respond to the urban scale.
