Key holding /Maintenance is a important part, as properties do not look after themselves and lose value if not well maintained. We offer Standard key holding option, but we are happy to be flexible to fit around your exact requirements. Our standard key holding service includes:

◦ Turning on the hot water and fridge prior to your arrival.
• Weekly or Monthly property inspections,Checking the security of your property
• Prepare your home for the colder months.
• The use of our property management and maintenance team or recommendations for local contractors , Arranging for any works to be done on property that may be necessary(to be quoted and invoiced separately to the owner). Voidaan suositella paikallisia urakoitsija, ja hoitaa mahdollisien tarvittavien töiden järjestäminen kiinteistössä (tarjotaan ja laskutetaan erikseen omistajalle). Kun kiinteistössäsi käydään, varmistamme, että se pidetään turvallisena ja kuivana.
