📍 De Zorrozaurre a El Campillo. Un poco de nuestra historia 👇🏻

Desde nuestra fundación en Bilbao en 1943, en Lancor hemos evolucionado continuamente para adaptarnos a las necesidades de la y del sector de la .

El traslado de Lancor marcó una nueva etapa en nuestra historia.

Con el cambio de siglo, pasamos de nuestra antigua fábrica de Zorrozaurre a nuestras instalaciones de El Campillo, en Gallarta (Bizkaia).

Este cambio supuso un paso importante en nuestro desarrollo industrial: más capacidad productiva, instalaciones más modernas y nuevos recursos para afrontar proyectos cada vez más exigentes.

Una decisión que sentó las bases para seguir desarrollando y fabricando destinados a mercados internacionales.

Standard, Pro o High Rise: no todos los edificios piden lo mismo. 🏢

Un mismo modelo de máquina puede tener que responder a instalaciones muy distintas.

En el caso del MSIP225, el recorrido del ascensor es uno de los factores que ayuda a definir qué configuración encaja mejor en cada proyecto.

Imaginemos tres edificios:
🏢 Edificio A: 40 metros de recorrido
Una instalación con altas prestaciones, pero con un recorrido contenido. En este caso, la configuración Standard, preparada para recorridos de hasta 50 m, puede responder perfectamente a las necesidades del proyecto.

🏙️ Edificio B: 70 metros de recorrido
La configuración Pro amplía el rango de trabajo del MSIP225 hasta los 75 m de recorrido.

🌆 Edificio C: 120 metros de recorrido
Cuando hablamos de edificios de gran altura, la configuración High Rise permite alcanzar recorridos de hasta 130 m.

Tres edificios. Tres escenarios diferentes. Una misma plataforma adaptada a las necesidades de cada instalación.

El MSIP225 puede trabajar con velocidades de hasta 3 m/s, poleas de Ø320 y Ø400 mm y una carga estática de hasta 10.000 kg, ofreciendo diferentes posibilidades de configuración según las características del proyecto.

Para seleccionar una máquina gearless hay que entender el edificio.

What happens before a leaves our plant? 🔍
First, the project requirements arrive: application, working conditions, integration, deadlines and customer needs.
Then the internal journey begins.
Engineering reviews the .
Production prepares the process.
Purchasing secures materials and components.
Quality follows each stage.
The team validates that everything is moving forward as planned.
Between drawings, windings, assembly, testing and controls, each motor takes shape until it is ready for its destination ⚙️
When it leaves Lancor, it carries many hours of coordination, craftsmanship and industrial precision.

Another new addition in September! ✨

We welcome Ruiz, an engineer who joins Lancor to strengthen our Development Team.

His arrival will help us keep moving forward in one of the key areas of our work: the mechanical design of our solutions. ⚙️

In every project, the mechanical side plays a very important role: integration, precision, reliability, manufacturing and adaptation to the real needs of each customer.

Julen joins us to bring technical knowledge and an engineering perspective to the development of electric motors ready for demanding applications.

With this new addition, we close September with the team complete and lots of energy to take on the challenges ahead.

October comes with a double international appointment. We’re adding a new stop to our calendar: LIFT EXPO ITALIA 2026. ✨

From 28 to 30 October, we’ll be at Allianz MiCo – Milan Convention Center.

Milan will be a new opportunity to bring our SILA solutions closer to the international market, this time meeting in Italy, and to share how we work.
