ARC EXPO × Bright Events | SEA Conference 2026

For the fourth time, we were proud to work alongside our partners at Bright Events, and by now, this partnership has grown into something far beyond business.

For the 3rd Sexual, Endoscopy, ART & Aesthetic Gynecology (SEA) Conference 2026, ARC EXPO was responsible for the design and build of the main entrance gate, photo booth, registration area, and several other conference elements.

Our goal was to create an experience that felt distinctive from the very first step into the venue, combining the conference identity with creative details, premium finishing, lighting, and a strong visual presence.

Seeing the final setup come to life and attract the attention of guests throughout the event, which welcomed doctors, industry professionals, actors, celebrities, and distinguished attendees, made this project especially memorable for our team.

A huge thank you to Bright Events for trusting ARC EXPO once again. After four projects together, you are truly more than clients to us, and we are proud of everything we continue to create side by side.

A new milestone for ARC EXPO.

We are proud to have partnered with El Nasr Co. for Intermediate Chemicals (NCIC) for the design and build of their exhibition stand at Sahara Expo 2026.

Across an impressive 154 m², our goal was to create much more than an exhibition stand. We developed a complete space that reflects the scale and strength of the NCIC brand while delivering a distinctive visitor experience.

From the bold architectural identity and flowing overhead structures to the custom product display stands, integrated lighting, spacious meeting areas, and luxurious VIP room, every element was designed to give the booth its own unmistakable presence on the exhibition floor.

The result was one of the most distinctive and eye-catching stands at Sahara Expo 2026, combining functionality, premium finishing, strong brand visibility, and a design built to stand out from every angle.

Working with NCIC, one of our most significant clients to date, represents an important milestone in ARC EXPO’s journey, and we are proud of the trust placed in our team to bring a project of this scale to life.

For City Water at Aqua Energy Expo, ARC EXPO was proud to design and build an exhibition stand created to command attention from the very first look.

The concept combined City Water’s strong blue-and-white identity with bold architectural lines, illuminated branding, large visual panels, warm lighting, and water-inspired graphics. Every detail was developed to create a stand that felt modern, technical, and directly connected to the world of water treatment and purification.

We’re proud to say that the result became one of the most eye-catching stands at Aqua Energy Expo, giving City Water a powerful presence throughout the event.

A look back at two exhibition stands we proudly designed and built for our valued client Sarvoy, across Food Africa and Paper ME Expo.

Each booth reflects a different creative approach, tailored to the exhibition, the brand, and the moment.

More importantly, they represent something we value even more: client trust and long-term partnership.

At the 25th edition of the International Forum for Religious Tourism, IFT25, organized by Arab International Co., ARC EXPO had the honor of designing and building the exhibition’s three standout booths for:
Nasamat Al Zahabia
Basma Emaar Group
Arafa Group

This edition marked our second successful collaboration with Nasamat Al Zahabia, while the organizer’s recommendation opened the door to a new partnership, a sign of trust that we truly value.

From the initial concepts to the final on-site ex*****on, each stand was created with its own identity, combining strong branding, elegant details, welcoming spaces, and high-quality finishing. Seeing our clients genuinely happy with the final results was the greatest reward.

A sincere thank-you to our clients, the organizers, our production partners, and every member of the ARC EXPO team who helped bring these three projects to life.

Our Biggest Pura& Chapter Yet!

For the third time, we had the pleasure of joining forces with our friends at Pura&, and this collaboration raised the bar once again.

For the Dermatology Master Conference (DMC), we designed and built Pura&’s biggest and most creative exhibition stand yet, combining elegant curves, illuminated displays, strong branding, and carefully designed product presentation areas.

The stars of the stand were two oversized 3D vial models, surrounded by focused lighting that made them impossible to miss. They became instant eye-catchers and gave the whole space a bold, memorable identity.

Three projects together, countless ideas shared, and a partnership that feels more like friends creating something remarkable together. Thank you, Pura&, for trusting us once again.

And this chapter is only getting bigger.

For the third time, we had the pleasure of working side by side with our partners at Bright Events, and once again, we are truly grateful for their trust.

This time, the project came with a special challenge: to design and build a complete Pharaonic theme for the RAN Summit Conference and EFRAN at Triumph Luxury Hotel.

From the gate and registration area to the photo booth and all event elements, our goal was to create a setup that felt bold, elegant, memorable, and deeply connected to the identity of the conference.

We accepted the challenge, brought the concept to life, and proudly delivered a Pharaonic experience that people will keep talking about.

Bright Events are not just our clients; they are our partners in success.

Small Space. Big Scent. Luxury in Every Detail.

Proudly designed and built by ARC EXPO for our friends at Picky Scent at City Stars Mall.

This mall kiosk was created to turn a compact area into a premium perfume showcase, using every centimeter smartly to display the products clearly, elegantly, and beautifully.

With high-quality wood, black duco paint, 10 mm glass, and carefully designed lighting, the kiosk delivers a luxurious look that stands out in the mall and is built to last for years ahead.

We are proud that the Picky Scent team is happy with the final result, and we are even more excited for what is coming next.

Some designs look good on screen.
Others step out of the render and take their place on the exhibition floor.

For United Plast at Big 5 Egypt 2026, we designed and built a booth that turned a compact space into a strong brand experience.

The challenge was not only to create something visually different, but also to use every meter wisely: product display areas, meeting space, reception counter, lighting details, and a bold identity that could be recognized from a distance.

From the curved header to the illuminated product zones and the blue-and-white brand language, the booth was designed to feel clean, modern, and memorable.

A tough brief, a demanding ex*****on, and a result we are proud to put on ground.
