Completed ahead of the back-to-school season, the kiosk features a simple, functional design where finishing quality made all the difference. Every detail was carefully executed to reflect the strength of this global brand, showcase its backpacks clearly, and create an inviting shopping experience.

A look back at two exhibition stands we proudly designed and built for our valued client Sarvoy, across Food Africa and Paper ME Expo.

Each booth reflects a different creative approach, tailored to the exhibition, the brand, and the moment.

At the 25th edition of the International Forum for Religious Tourism, IFT25, organized by Arab International Co., ARC EXPO had the honor of designing and building the exhibition’s three standout booths for:
Nasamat Al Zahabia
Basma Emaar Group
Arafa Group

This edition marked our second successful collaboration with Nasamat Al Zahabia, while the organizer’s recommendation opened the door to a new partnership, a sign of trust that we truly value.

From the initial concepts to the final on-site ex*****on, each stand was created with its own identity, combining strong branding, elegant details, welcoming spaces, and high-quality finishing. Seeing our clients genuinely happy with the final results was the greatest reward.

A sincere thank-you to our clients, the organizers, our production partners, and every member of the ARC EXPO team who helped bring these three projects to life.

We are proud of what we achieved at IFT25, and we look forward to creating even more remarkable exhibition experiences together in the future.

Our Biggest Pura& Chapter Yet!

For the third time, we had the pleasure of joining forces with our friends at Pura&, and this collaboration raised the bar once again.

For the Dermatology Master Conference (DMC), we designed and built Pura&’s biggest and most creative exhibition stand yet, combining elegant curves, illuminated displays, strong branding, and carefully designed product presentation areas.

The stars of the stand were two oversized 3D vial models, surrounded by focused lighting that made them impossible to miss. They became instant eye-catchers and gave the whole space a bold, memorable identity.

Three projects together, countless ideas shared, and a partnership that feels more like friends creating something remarkable together. Thank you, Pura&, for trusting us once again.

And this chapter is only getting bigger.

For the third time, we had the pleasure of working side by side with our partners at Bright Events, and once again, we are truly grateful for their trust.

This time, the project came with a special challenge: to design and build a complete Pharaonic theme for the RAN Summit Conference and EFRAN at Triumph Luxury Hotel.

From the gate and registration area to the photo booth and all event elements, our goal was to create a setup that felt bold, elegant, memorable, and deeply connected to the identity of the conference.

We accepted the challenge, brought the concept to life, and proudly delivered a Pharaonic experience that people will keep talking about.

Small Space. Big Scent. Luxury in Every Detail.

Proudly designed and built by ARC EXPO for our friends at Picky Scent at City Stars Mall.

This mall kiosk was created to turn a compact area into a premium perfume showcase, using every centimeter smartly to display the products clearly, elegantly, and beautifully.

With high-quality wood, black duco paint, 10 mm glass, and carefully designed lighting, the kiosk delivers a luxurious look that stands out in the mall and is built to last for years ahead.

We are proud that the Picky Scent team is happy with the final result, and we are even more excited for what is coming next.

Some designs look good on screen.
Others step out of the render and take their place on the exhibition floor.

For United Plast at Big 5 Egypt 2026, we designed and built a booth that turned a compact space into a strong brand experience.

The challenge was not only to create something visually different, but also to use every meter wisely: product display areas, meeting space, reception counter, lighting details, and a bold identity that could be recognized from a distance.

From the curved header to the illuminated product zones and the blue-and-white brand language, the booth was designed to feel clean, modern, and memorable.

A tough brief, a demanding ex*****on, and a result we are proud to put on ground.

Another Round with CIG at HVAC-R ASHRAE EXPO 2026

For the third year in a row, we are proud to continue our successful collaboration with our friends at Cairo Insulation Group - CIG.

This year at HVAC-R ASHRAE 2026, we had the pleasure of designing and building their biggest exhibition stand yet, creating a stronger presence that reflects CIG’s growth, identity, and leading role in the insulation industry.

A project built with trust, teamwork, and attention to every detail.

ELITE Shines at Windoorex 2026

Proud to share our latest design & build project for Elite for Aluminum Profile Extrusion at Windoorex 2026.

We are honored to work once again with the company’s owner and to continue this successful partnership.

For this booth, we delivered an outstanding design featuring a large illuminated logo that reflects Elite’s strong presence in the aluminum field, along with a private luxury VIP room separated with glass for a premium meeting experience inside the booth.

This project was also one of many booths we successfully designed and built at the same exhibition.

Proud to have designed and built one of the most outstanding booths in the exhibition.
