مطلوب مهندس جودة تصنيع (Manufacturing Quality Engineer)

تعلن شركة MEC Doors & Gates عن حاجتها لضم **مهندس جودة تصنيع (Manufacturing Quality Engineer) لكادرها الفني بالإسكندرية لضمان أعلى معايير الجودة في خطوط الإنتاج والعمليات التصنيعية.

المسؤوليات والمهام الوظيفية:

مراقبة الجودة (QC): الفحص المباشر للمنتجات أثناء وبعد مراحل التصنيع (التجميع، اللحام، والدهانات/التشطيبات) لضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية القياسية.
إدارة ومتابعة جودة الموردين: فحص المواد الخام والمكونات الموردة للشركة قبل دخولها خطوط الإنتاج.
إعداد خطط الفحص والتفتيش (Inspection Plans): وضع وتطبيق إجراءات التفتيش الدوري على المنتجات والمعدات.
معالجة عدم المطابقة: تحليل الأخطاء والعيوب الإنتاجية (Root Cause Analysis)، ووضع الخطوات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA) لمنع تكرارها.
التوثيق والتقارير: إعداد تقارير الجودة اليومية والأسبوعية، وتوثيق نسب الهالك والمردودات لتحسين كفاءة العمليات.
التنسيق مع إدارة الإنتاج: العمل عن قرب مع مهندسي ومديري الإنتاج لضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المحدد وبأعلى جودة.

المتطلبات والشروط الوظيفية:

المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس هندسة (ميكانيكا / إنتاج).

الخبرة: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن [0-1 سنة] في مجال ضبط ومراقبة الجودة (Quality Control) داخل المنشآت الصناعية.
الخبرة القطاعية: يُفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في مجال تصنيع الأبواب، البوابات الإلكترونية، أو التشكيل والأنشطة المعدنية (Metal Fabrication).

المهارات الفنية:
دراية تامة بأساليب وأدوات القياس الميكانيكية والهندسية.
قراءة وإدراك المخططات والرسومات الهندسية (Engineering Drawings) بدقة.
معرفة قوية بنظم إدارة الجودة (مثل ISO 9001).

الموقع الجغرافي: يُفضل قاطني محافظة الإسكندرية أو المناطق القريبة منها.
