WE ARE HIRING – Senior Landscape Designer

At ONDA, we are expanding our team and looking for a talented Senior Landscape Designer to join our growing studio.
If you’re passionate about crafting high-end outdoor spaces and want to work in a design-build environment, this role is for you.

Role Overview :

- The Senior Landscape Designer will lead the creative and technical development of landscape projects.
- Ensure designs are innovative, functional, and aligned with client vision.
- Involved from concept through construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead conceptual and schematic design phases.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and visualizations.
- Develop detailed drawings, planting plans, and construction documents.
- Select materials and plant palettes suitable to each project.
- Ensure compliance with codes and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and technical teams.
- Participate in site visits and construction follow-up.
- Engage in client meetings and presentations.
- Support proposals and competitions.
- Mentor junior team members and review their work.

Required Skills :

- Strong design and conceptual thinking.
- Solid technical knowledge (grading, drainage, hardscape, planting).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, MS Office
3D Max / Lumion / Enscape / Rhino / Revit is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture (or related field).
- 6–10 years of experience.
- Proven track record from concept to construction documentation.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or public realm projects.
- Professional certification is a plus.
