# # # Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior and architectural design
- Strong experience in both residential and commercial projects
- Solid background in:
- Design development & space planning
- Working drawings & detailed drawings
- Proficiency in design and presentation software
(AutoCAD, Photoshop, and presentation tools are a must)
- Familiarity and professional use of AI tools in the design process is highly preferred
- Strong design sense with attention to detail
