Welcome to 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀 our new monthly series where we strip away the job titles and get to the heart of leadership.

We couldn't have asked for a more powerful kick-off than 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗸𝗼𝘂𝗿 – the founder and chairman of MADKOUR Holding.

In this deeply honest conversation, Dr. Madkour doesn't talk about balance sheets or market share. He talks about the compass that guided him through every storm; his values. He takes us on a journey from the very first spark of an idea, through the sacrifices and triumphs, to the legacy he's still building today.

This is the first of many monthly stories. And we're honored it started here.

We are proud to announce that Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, has inspected the East Matrouh Electrical Substation – a strategic project we had the privilege to execute on behalf of the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC).

With a capacity of 1,850 MVA, the substation plays a pivotal role in offloading power from the El-Dabaa Nuclear Plant and feeding the North Coast's tourism, industrial, and transportation sectors.

This achievement reflects the trust in MADKOUR Projects' proven ex*****on excellence. We extend our thanks to our dedicated team and to the state's leadership for their close monitoring of the development projects details

Let’s pull back the curtain to show you the real energy of 𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗞𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 opening day. The nerves, the handshakes, and the real moments, it’s all here in our official video recap of the MADKOUR Academy Internship Program 2026 kickoff.

This isn't just an induction, it's a launchpad.

We were honored to hear from our 𝗚𝗖𝗘𝗢, 𝗚𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗢, and 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿, each sharing powerful words on leadership, purpose, and the impact this generation of talent will carry forward. Their messages set the tone for what's to come: real growth, real projects, and real ownership.

At MADKOUR Academy, we are challenging the status quo.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻? To move beyond passive learning and deliver high-impact experiences that drive real business results.

Recently, we partnered with 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗔 to put our leaders through the rigorous "𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲" program. This wasn't an average classroom session. Over two intensive days, our leaders stepped into a business simulation that mirrored the pressures and complexities of our industry.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁? They emerged with practical, battle-tested strategies to boost team morale, drive accountability, and elevate project performance.

We are incredibly proud of our MADKOUR leaders for their commitment to growth. We look forward to seeing the measurable impact of their new skills on the ground!

That's why MADKOUR Academy partnered with Skills Bank to deliver "Leading Beyond," an interactive board game simulation that put our leaders in a high-stakes workplace scenario with tight resources, competing priorities, and unexpected market shifts.

The gamified experience pushed them to make hard calls under pressure, balance team capacity, and see exactly how daily leadership behaviors impact business results, trust, and morale. Theory became practical, and our leaders left with insights they can use immediately.

Grateful to 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 for an impactful session, and to our leaders for showing up with strategic energy and a collaborative spirit.

From mastering new tools to collaborating on real-world scenarios, every moment counts. It's not always glamorous, but it's always worth it.

To our interns: Keep going. You're exactly where you need to be. 🙌
