As part of our 2026 expansion plan, we are seeking a skilled, motivated Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

Required Position 🛠️
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (3 – 4 Years of Experience)
📍 Location:

🧭 Reporting to: Project Manager

🏗️ Employment Type: Full-time, permanent – site-based

RESPONSIBILITIES 📌
• Supervise mechanical maintenance activities on site to ensure efficient operation of all systems.
• Execute preventive & corrective maintenance plans for HVAC, pumps, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose technical faults and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality ex*****on.
• Monitor system performance and prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports.
• Manage spare parts and ensure availability of required materials.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and safety procedures on site.

QUALIFICATIONS 🎯

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 – 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (preferably MEP or contracting companies).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and pumping systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
