The first impression starts before you enter the room.

For this newly designed residence in Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, we approached the entrance and circulation spaces as more than transitional areas.

The design combines dark wood, natural stone, warm lighting, and subtle architectural details to create a cohesive visual language throughout the space.

Every material was selected to add depth and character, while maintaining a calm, sophisticated atmosphere that connects the entrance with the spaces beyond it.

Because in a well-designed home, even the spaces in between deserve attention.

One Space. Two Different Personalities.

For this project, the goal wasn’t to present our client with a single design direction.

We explored two completely different interpretations of the same living space — allowing the client to experience how the character of the space could change while its core function remained intact.

Modern
Clean lines, warm materials, refined detailing and a contemporary atmosphere.

Neo-Classical
Architectural detailing, richer character and a contemporary interpretation of classic elegance.

The difference isn’t simply about changing furniture or colors.

It’s about creating an entirely different identity for the same space.

And that’s where we believe good design begins:

Understanding the client, understanding the space, and creating the right solution — not forcing a predefined style.
