📢 We’re Hiring | Junior Technical Office Engineer

Company: EGY DUCT – Ventilation Systems
📍 Location: Sheraton, Cairo
🏢 Department: Engineering

Job Objective

EGY DUCT is looking for a Junior Technical Office Engineer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will support the preparation of technical submittals, ensure compliance with project specifications, and assist in coordinating with consultants and clients on HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare technical submittals for fans, ventilation systems, ductwork, and related HVAC products.
* Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements.
* Support the Sales team with technical proposals and project inquiries.
* Coordinate with consultants regarding technical clarifications and submittal comments.
* Assist in developing value engineering solutions while maintaining project performance.
* Ensure all submittals and materials comply with project specifications and international standards.
* Follow up on submittal status until final approval.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Fresh Graduate (0–1 year of experience is a plus).
* Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and air movement products.
* Willingness to learn technical submittals and consultant requirements.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
