The new Kai Hansen "KH40T" & "KH40" signature guitar (R-shape, with or without tremolo) from EBG-Instruments 🔥

They’re finally here—built for the legendary Kai Hansen (Helloween) to mark Helloween’s current 40th-anniversary world tour 🎃

Kai will soon be seen touring South America with Helloween, using his KH40 models.

I had the great honor of building a unique guitar for Kai Hansen—founder, guitarist, and a true legend of Helloween and GAMMA RAY (Official).

This instrument is more than just wood and strings—it is a tribute to one of metal’s greatest sagas.
Embedded into the back of the body:

The genuine "Seventh Key" 🗝 – inspired by the legendary album *Keeper of the Seven Keys*.
It features pumpkin inlays 🎃, hidden Helloween details, and the unmistakable soul of EBG-Instruments, complemented by an aluminum center block for incredible attack and sustain.

I am incredibly proud to see this guitar come to life on stage during the tour.

And for all true fans and collectors:
The Kai Hansen signature models are available directly from EBG-Instruments. You can find all the details and technical specifications on my website:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I honestly wish I could give Marc and EBG Instruments more than five stars.

Our experience from beginning to end was incredible. Marc was always kind, patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process — from building the guitar to helping us with the paperwork and international shipping from Germany to the USA.

When my son Dylan and I finally opened the box and saw our KH40T in person, we were speechless. Pictures simply don’t do this guitar justice. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, finish, and overall quality are absolutely outstanding.

But for us, this guitar is much more than an instrument. Dylan and I share a very special connection through music, Helloween, and Kai Hansen, and this guitar represents memories between a father and his son that I know we will treasure for the rest of our lives.

Marc doesn’t just build incredible guitars — he creates instruments that can become part of someone’s life story.

Thank you, Marc, for everything you did for us and for making this dream possible.

You now have two friends on the other side of the world: Dylan and Rey. 🤘🏻🎃

The KH40T is finally home. ❤️🎸

Absolutely recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
