Petri effect is one of those techniques where you never know exactly what you'll get, and that's what I like about it. ✨ Here it's teal, purple and peach, with a little Queen Anne's lace right in the center. 💜🧡

I have to admit, I’m usually a little hesitant about crystal-textured resin molds. 😅 I often find the texture a bit too much, and I always assume it will make whatever is inside the resin harder to see.

But Artline’s new textured silicone brooch mold genuinely surprised me. ✨ I made this little epoxy resin gecko brooch as a test and honestly didn’t expect the flowers and fern inside to stay this visible🌸🦎

The crystal texture catches the light beautifully and gives the gecko this sparkly, almost skin-like effect without hiding the details inside. I really love how this turned out and will definitely use this mold again! 😍

A little behind-the-scenes from my atelier today. 🌊

I’m getting this ocean art piece ready for its next step with the Resiners AirFine Pro. I needed to smooth out the joining areas and a few uneven spots before adding the next layer of epoxy, and this is exactly the kind of preparation work that usually takes up a good part of my atelier time. 😅

For this piece, I’m using the main unit for sanding. The flexible shaft can also be used when working on smaller or more detailed areas, which makes the AirFine Pro useful for very different types of finishing work.
Now this piece is ready to go back to the resin table. ✨

This handmade epoxy resin necklace has a little starry night in it. 🌌

I love making these alcohol ink skies. They always give me a starry night vibe, like a summer evening when it's already really late but somehow the sky still isn't fully dark. 🌙✨

At the bottom I added real pressed flowers and a bit of greenery, and a few tiny gold stars up in the sky. ⭐🌿 I really like how the gold looks with the deep blue. 💛
