Hahnair at AviaDev Africa in Botswana

Our colleagues Candy Shinondo Kasonkomona, Regional VP Agency Distribution, Johan Pauwels, Regional Vice President Airline Business, and Vincent Peilho-Ndoricimpa, Account Manager, represented Hahnair at AviaDev Africa 2026 in Gaborone, Botswana.

The conference brought together airlines, airports, agencies, suppliers, and industry leaders to discuss the future of African aviation, the challenges ahead, and the opportunities waiting to be unlocked.

A special highlight was Candy moderating a thought-provoking panel on what is needed to build aviation businesses for today’s realities. The discussion explored how the industry can better capture revenue, manage costs intelligently, and use technology, data, AI, and payments to support sustainable growth.

As one participant shared, Candy’s session was a powerful reminder that meaningful progress requires collaboration from all stakeholders, and that each of us has a role to play in shaping the future of African aviation.

🌏 Hahnair at GBTA APAC in Singapore

Our colleague Arsenio “Zen” Cabanilla Jr., Regional VP Agency Distribution, attended the GBTA APAC Conference in Singapore, joining travel industry professionals from across the region.

The conference offered valuable insights into some of the key topics shaping the future of business travel, including AI, NDC, and travel distribution. It was also a great opportunity to hear different perspectives from airlines, TMCs, travel managers, and technology providers.

One important takeaway: while technology continues to evolve rapidly, strong relationships and collaboration remain essential in business travel.

🇵🇱 Hahnair at the City Hub Event in Rzeszów

Our colleagues Marianna Cosani, Regional VP Agency Distribution, and Kimberley Long, VP Agency Distribution, had the pleasure of representing Hahnair at the City Hub Event organised by American Express Global Business Travel in Rzeszów, Poland.

The event brought together more than 200 passionate travel professionals and provided a valuable opportunity to connect with CWT agents, exchange insights, and strengthen relationships with the travel agency community.
