Hi, here at StoneTree we have two dedicated teams of professionals; one team deals with renovations and maintenance of properties (the 'Stone' ) and another that deals with garden design and upkeep (the 'Tree').
We are happy to assist new clients with either of these aspects of their cyprus properties :)

* Recent Project *

- Divided the partition wall and rebuilt the wall, so that the Master Bedroom Bathroom could have a 120cm wide shower room
- Installed shower with black base, taps and door frame
- Dropped the ceiling for voice-activated fan and spotlights
- Installed electrics for heated mirror and heated towel rail
- Designed and handmade a solid White Oak vanity unit and installed new sink, black taps and plumbing
- Relocated the plumbing for the toilet and installed new unit
- Tiled throughout

* Recent Project *

- Installed a new window and patio door
- Built a partition wall to create a walk-in-wardrobe, with recess for tv unit, hidden safe and spotlights. On top of this partition is another sleeping area.
- Brought all the walls forward to hide the concrete frame
- Installed new electrics, sockets and upstairs fusebox
- Installed new AC Unit
- Installed voice-activated wall lights and ceiling light
- Installed tiles, draining system, roof guttering and glass railings to the new extension
- Channeled out, replastered and installed new voice activated outside lights
- Installed internet access point and tv connections
- Installed laminate flooring

- Installed freestanding Italian bath and floor-standing bath taps
- Split the plumbing in the wall to create an extra sink inlet and waste
- Custom built a vanity unit for the 2 new sinks to sit on from White Oak
- Dropped the ceiling to make the room feel like it has better proportions, house new voice-activated ceiling spots and also hide an automatic humidity controlled air extraction unit
- removed part of the wall between the two bathrooms and installed a new shower unit with black base, taps and door framework. Also installed marble shelves
- New plumbing and toilet
- Removed, painted and reinstalled window frame
- Installed new electrical point for heated mirror and electrical towel rails
- Tiled walls and floor

- Dropped the slanted ceiling and installed mock beams to create a 'Hamptons' feel to the room
- Brought the far wall out flush to hide concrete framework and create a hidden curtain alcove with curtain attached to a voice-activated motorised curtain runner
- Ceiling and wall lights with Voice Activated lighting
- Altered the partition wall between the bedrooms and removed built in wardrobe
- Installed a panel wall behind the bed for a textural element
- Designed and Installed a sliding barndoor style door to the bathroom
- New flooring
