🏗️ Warum Schimmel, Feuchte und schlechte Luft auf Zypern oft kein Zufall sind.

Viele Gebäude hier auf der Insel sind zu dicht gebaut.
Und genau das ist das Problem: Feuchtigkeit kann nicht mehr austreten – sie staut sich in der Wand, kühlt die Oberfläche ab und schafft ideale Bedingungen für Schimmel.

👉 Die Ursache steckt im sd-Wert.

Ab einem Wert von 0,14 m gilt ein Material nicht mehr als diffusionsoffen.
