🔍 Quality Inspection in VAKA HVAC Factory | Fan Coil Unit Coil Leak Testing

Have you ever wondered how we ensure the reliability of our Fan Coil Unit (FCU) heat exchanger coils?

This video shows our water immersion air leakage test for the coil.

The testing process:
1️⃣ Compressed air or nitrogen is filled inside the copper tubes under a specific pressure.
2️⃣ The entire coil is completely immersed in water.
3️⃣ If there are any tiny leaks in welding joints, copper tube expansion areas, or potential pinholes, air bubbles will appear from the leakage point.
4️⃣ Any leakage position will be marked, repaired, and tested again to ensure the coil meets quality standards.

💡 Important:
The water is not filled inside the coil.
The coil is filled with gas, while the outside is immersed in water to detect micro leakage points.

After testing, we carefully dry the inside of the copper tubes to prevent moisture residue, corrosion, and future performance issues.
