A client came to my factory last week.
He didn’t send inquiry.
He didn’t ask for samples.
He didn’t place a test order.
He just looked around, checked the production, and said:
“I want to order 5000 pcs padlocks now. Mixed models.”
This was his first time here. He didn’t know me before.
I was surprised and asked him:
“Why did you decide to order directly?”
His answer was simple but powerful:
“I’m looking for a stable supplier and real quality.”
In the lock business, this sentence is everything.
