It was past 11 PM at last night when I suddenly received a message from our client. He wanted to pay by credit card 💳 ,but credit card payment is unavailable for us at the moment. I suggested TT transfer instead and reminded him to keep the bank slip after payment.

I was ready to head to bed, and what a lovely surprise! Just half an hour later, he sent over the bank transfer receipt. 🧾

This is a sample order for 2 sets of solar panel installation lifts. Although the shipping voyage will take around 50 days ⛴️, we started shipment preparation immediately once we received the payment slip.

Story of our 60-year-old client from Davao 🤗

He is a busy project manager dedicated to solar installation work. After we confirmed the order, payment was delayed for 50 days because of his packed project schedule.
Then one day, we received his bank slip. To prevent delays to his solar installation project, we arranged shipment immediately.

The solar panel lift reached the local warehouse last Monday and was ready for door-to-door delivery. Surprisingly, 10 days passed and he still hadn’t received the goods.
At first I suspected it was a warehouse issue. In fact, the local delivery team reached out multiple times to schedule delivery, but he was too busy to receive the cargo.
He joked that he will turn 60 in one month and simply forgot about it 😄

Shipping Update to Quezon🇵🇭

As every year, August is the hottest season in China. Coupled with two recent typhoons hitting the coast, export schedules are affected from production and loading all the way through to destination port receiving.

Lead times for shipment, port clearance and warehouse delivery after arrival have extended by around 3-5 days compared to normal schedules.
Thank you so much for your understanding and patience!

One client just informed me they unexpectedly won a project tender and need all equipment delivered within one week.

This is a good reminder — it’s always wise to arrange equipment procurement in advance for your upcoming projects.

Our customer placed & paid for the order back in late April. We finished production within 3 days, yet shipment was delayed for 30 days — and this was not caused by our production side.

This was a CIF order where the seller bears the freight, and the buyer bears the destination port charges, customs clearance and duties..

When our initial quote came with over $600 destination port charges, the customer was shocked. He decided to source his own forwarder and hold shipment until further notice.
At the same timeWe kept searching for better options and finally locked in our trusted forwarder with only $400 destination fees, which made the customer really happy.

Equipment Testing Before Project Start

A customer from Cavite in the Philippines🇵🇭 quickly assembled the equipment after receiving it, following our installation instructions, in preparation for his upcoming solar project.

Commendably, they conducted a no-load test. During the first use, no items were placed on the rack; only simple machine operation was performed. This avoids accidents caused by unfamiliarity with the equipment initially, ensuring safety.

It's important to note that during installation, we specifically reminded them to install the motor on the left side to ensure the steel cable is in the middle for safer and easier lifting of the pallet. However, they stated it was only a test, so they didn't fully follow the operating procedures.

As everyone knows, safety is paramount. Therefore, all customers who have received and are using our ladder lift, and those who haven't yet received theirs, must strictly follow the operating instructions to ensure safety when using our ladder lift.

✨Happy unboxing feedback from our Antipolo customer!🇵🇭

As we mentioned in a previous post.This client is based in Antipolo. His location falls outside the delivery coverage area. To help him cut costs, we recommended the self-pickup plan once goods arrive at the Manila warehouse.

Shipment was delayed for around one week due to typhoon impacts in early July.

Great news! He has now received his solar lift. After assembly and testing tomorrow, the equipment can be put into service for his project immediately.

We sincerely appreciate this customer’s trust and patience while waiting for the delivery!🙏

Discussion Regarding International Banks🏦

Today, as usual, we received a payment from a client, and what he shared surprised me.

He consulted several banks about the bank transfer process, but the answers he received were conflicting.
Some bank tellers were completely unfamiliar with cross-border remittances, while a professional banker guided him step-by-step through completing the online payment via the bank's app.📱

We contacted each other in early June. As a project manager, he was busy with the installation of a solar-powered elevator at the time. Therefore, he only recently had time to verify the payment information with the bank.
I initially thought he was simply confirming the legitimacy of our account—of course, compliance verification is crucial for all companies✅-so I didn't press him for payment until today when we started discussing online transfer functionality.

Our receiving account belongs to a local branch of JPMorgan Chase International Bank. 🌏
Most local bank employees only handle domestic transactions, so their unfamiliarity with this type of account is understandable.

Many clients should know that China has strict foreign exchange controls.
This is why we rely on international banking intermediaries to easily receive overseas remittances.

Fortunately, this customer had previous experience working with other Chinese manufacturers, so he quickly understood the process.

Orders paid within the last 3 days will arrive at our warehouse before the typhoon makes landfall. We have pre-booked shipping to accommodate at least a week of delays.

For customers paying in late June, please be patient:
All solar lift shipments are already loaded into containers, but shipping has been delayed due to the typhoon. We will arrange shipment immediately after the storm. Sea freight from China to the Philippines takes only 5 days.

Friendly Reminder: Sea conditions are currently rough. Please carefully inspect the goods and take photos/videos before signing for them. Our solar lifts are packaged in standard export wooden crates to ensure safe transport.
